Angela Brown

Born in the North East of the UK, I now live in the Great Southern area of Western Australia. A place where there is more land than people, I feel at home here with the wild shoreline, karri forests, granite outcrops.

This land has directly informed my creative expression across a range of mediums. Photography, printmaking, encaustic painting, pen and ink, abstract painting, weaving wire forms ... all ways with which I continue to tinker, explore, obsess over, wrestle with, feel deeply nourished by.
