Bee Breaths

Here's a little exercise to help reduce stress, using a calming "bee breath".

Sitting or standing, rest hands on thighs and breathe in for 4 counts, rest and hum your breath out (like a buzzing bee) to 6 counts.

Repeat

The number of counts can be altered to suit yourself, but the humming, breathing out breath (the relaxing breath)  should always be longer than the breath in.
