The Star at Stone- Summer Sketching.

A pleasant day at Stone, The weather held off it's rain and was pleasantly warm ... if rather cloudy. The Star pub is an iconic building in the centre of Stone. It sits on the canal and is used by walkers, shoppers, bargers as well as sketchers. Views of the canal, the pub itself or even the people chatting and dining outdoors- made for an interesting range of pictures.

I have just realized I went to sketch on Wednesday - when the actual meet was on the Tuesday! No wonder I didn't meet any other sketchers!!! LOL
