Three Counties Exhibition at Burslem

The Annual Three Counties Exhibition is now drawing to a close. Held at the majestic Burslem School of Art, 98 pieces of work from artists across the 3 counties on Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire were chosen from a total of about 260 submissions.  Artists exhibiting ranged from amateur to professional,  demonstrating a wide range of media which included several 3D works and photography. ( "Summer Morning Walk" by Gill Stokes shown, oils on stretched canvas. )

It is always inspirational to visit these exhibitions and definitely sparks enthusiasm to pick up your pencil or brushes after the summer months , where maybe other commitments mean we are creating less.
