I have always enjoyed drawing and painting but it was not until later in life that I have had time to indulge and even more so during the lockdown!

I had no formal art training but have been attending a watercolour class for several years now and have been on many painting holidays.

Watercolour is my first love though I enjoy pen drawing especially in my sketchbook. I like the immediacy of it. I usually have an annual 'fix' of oil painting and am always surprised with the results! I've been a member of Stafford Art Group since 1989.
